Alexis Diaz
Co-founder
Alexis Diaz is a Nuyorican (New York -Puerto Rican) originally from the Vibrant borough of the Bronx. In pursuit of her passion of Acting, Alexis earned a BA in Theater, and joined the hospitality world.
As a mixologist with over 18 years’ experience, she discovered her calling for crafting cocktails, including her crowd pleasing, signature sangria. With the encouragement of friends and former boss, now business partner; Drink L3x was born to bottle the magic of L3x’s Legendary Sangria and the new non-alcoholic L3x’s Unreal Sangria.
Tonni Williams
Co-Founder
Tonni Williams, a first generation, Caribbean American from the east coast bringing over two decades of unparalleled operations expertise, as a Multi-Unit GM and Director of Operations in Hospitality and a certified sommelier.
As a certified sommelier, Tonni’s expertise in wine and beverage service has enriched the experiences of our patrons, showcasing our dedication to the art of pairing exquisite flavors. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation serves as the cornerstone of our philosophy, propelling us to new heights of success and distinction in the hospitality landscape.
